Crystal" Richard Mille launches the RM38-02 Transparent Crystal with a Pink Theme Hollowed-Out Tourbillon Wristwatch
This striking new piece, the "RM 38-02 Tourbillon Bubba Watson," is designed in collaboration with professional golfer Bubba Watson. Its unique pink color is inspired by Watson’s favorite PING No. 1 golf club, offering a bright and cheerful style.
The new model features a bezel and caseback made of crystal materials, while the middle case layer is crafted from synthetic crystal materials. Each case is truly luxurious, crystal clear, and purely transparent, showcasing individuality with the interplay of light and shadow.
The crystal case allows a 360-degree open view of the movimento’s complete operation. The skeletonized bridge plates outline a horizontal "V" shape on the dial, with pink hand-painted patterns derived from the head of the golf club used by Bubba Watson. The transparent case superbly displays the beauty of the mechanics.
Equipped with the RM 38-02 manual winding movimento, operating at 28,800 vph, it provides a 52-hour power reserve. This movimento features a carbon fiber skeletonized baseplate, offering excellent shock resistance. The bridge is still made of sturdy grade 5 titanium, with pink elements decorating the small holes on the back.
